Whats the difference between a regular Xbox 360 and Xbox 360 Arcade Console?

I heard it’s the exactly the same as the regular Xbox 360, but why is the Xbox 360 Arcade Console cheaper?

The Arcade comes with the composite video cable and no Hard Drive but a 256 mb memory card and 5 arcade games. The regular Xbox 360 comes with a hybrid component/composite video cord, a network cable, and a Hard Drive.

Basically its the no Hard Drive that makes the difference in price. Arcade comes with a 256mb memory card while the regular Xbox 360 comes with a 20 GB Hard Drive
