Advantages of installing games on XBOX 360 hard drive?

I was wondering what the advantages were if I were to install a game on my XBOX hard drive.
Will it makes the XBOX run slower?

It makes it so the disk dont have to spin as much making your xbox SOOOOO much quieter and also makes a faster load time

goto the dashboard and goto the Inside Xbox scroll to the right a few and you will see Xbox 101 Install Games to hard drive
