can i play halo 2 on 360 or do i need to download something or whatever?

You can. Just put in your Halo 2 disc and play it. The Xbox guide will not be availabe. To sign into live, you’ll have to do it the old-fashioned way: Through the game.

If you experience any problems playing online, confirm that you’ve downloaded all the map packs. If you already have, then they’re probably stored on your old xbox’s hard drive, and you’ll need to redownload them. Don’t worry, though. They’re all free now.
