This bundle includes the Xbox 360 Elite system (includes a 120GB hard drive, a high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) port, a high-definition cable, a premium black finish, Wireless Elite Controller and Xbox LIVE headset), Ninja Gaiden II, Dead or Alive Xtreme 2, Halo 2, Halo3, 3 month Xbox 360 Live, an additional Xbox 360 Elite Wireless Controller, and an Xbox 360 Elite Play & Charge Kit.

Yes that is an excellent price for that bundle considering the one I am linking to is basically the same thing, but it only comes with one game and no play & charge kit and no headset.
It is about $160 dollars cheaper, but you do the math, and see what you think.
