My wireless headset for Xbox 360 does not work!?

It will not charge or turn on! If anyone can tell me what is wrong, how to fix it, or at least how to open it, I would be very grateful! Thanks.

not sure but if it doesnt charge well than theres has to be something wrong in side the headset it’s self but wouldnt now how to open im satisfied with my wired ones
