How do you move your games saves from an xbox 360 memory unit to an xbox 360 hard drive?

i found out that when you recover your gamertag it only recovers your achievements and gamer points but not your game saves. so how do you get your saves from an xbox 360 memory unit to an xbox 360 hard drive?

To move game saves from a memory unit to a hard drive, plug the memory unit into the xbox and turn it on. go to the system blade on the dashboard and go to memory. It should show you the hard drive and the memory unit. open the memory unit and copy the game saves to your hard drive. It is a very simple process.
