How to setup Black Magic intesity to xbox 360?

Hey right now i have my xbox 360 hooked up like this. Hdmi cable from xbox to blackmagic intensity pro IN. Then and hdmi cable from blackmagic OUT port going into my pc monitor hdmi input (im trying to play on my monitor) but whenever i switch over to HDMI mode on my computer and start my xbox it doesnt show up, while if i have just my hdmi cable from xbox going into my monitor it will show up.
So basically im asking how to set my blackmagic intensity pro so that i can play on my monitor using the HDMI cables
