Xbox 360 3 red lights question.?
I got my Xbox 360 from Mountain Dew from that Every Ten Minutes promotion. I have not opened it up, but I know I have to call that hotline number. When I send it to Microsoft, do I need to keep my hard drive and my faceplate? Will I be able to send it since I got it from Mountain Dew?
It doesn’t matter if you won it, got it as a gift, or if you bought it. As long as it has the ring of death, MS will fix it for you. Just don’t open it up and break the warranty seal.
You need to keep your hard drive and your face plate before you send it in to MS for repairs.
