Your heat level will not go above heat level 2′. How many police pursuits to you need to get into before defeating Vic?

if you need bounty just get into a pursuit and drive to the bus depot and park your car ontop of the buses the police are kinda dumb and dont get you for ages you get tons of bounty but dont let them follow you up there or it wont work also you need to check that they dont get smart and drive up there

ps i have no idea on how many pursuits you need to get into
