is this is a good deal for a brand new xbox 360 arcade?

its a brand new still in box xbox 360 arcade, i dont care about xbox live or hd, my only concern is the memory, i think it comes with a 256 mb memory stick, is that good enough to save a few games such as gta 4, some sports games, and maybe COD 4

I can tell you that COD4 requires 4MB to save a single game.
I don’t own any sports games.
So just with that game, you still have (roughly) 251mb left. But you will fill it up quickly if you buy more games.
