Can I use my Dell 19″ Ultrasharp PC monitor to play XBOX 360?

I’m planning on finally buying myself an XBOX 360 this holiday season, can I use my Dell 19″ Ultrasharp monitor that I have on my PC to play the XBOX 360 games? If so, will be it be HD (High def)?? And if it is HD, what’s the output resolution I’ll be getting? 720p, 1080i, 1080p? I have a HDTV in my bedroom, but since I’m sure I’ll be playing till late! I want to make sure I can play else where, since the only HDTV that I have is in my bedroom, and I don’t want to miss out on the HD experience the 360 offers, I have additional TV’s but are not HD, any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Yes you can play 360 on your monitor. All you need is the vga adapter.

By the way 720p is 1280×720 and 1080i/p is 1920×1080
And all PC monitors are Progressive scan and most support resolutions higher than 720p. So yeah you’ll be playing in Hidef.
