If I send in my Xbox 360 for RROD…?

I have an Xbox 360 Pro (the white one, 60GB hard drive). I still have my warranty, and it’s still working but I’m just wondering, if I send it in to Microsoft, will I receive the same Xbox back (fixed of course), or would I get the newer Xbox 360 Slim?

It depends. If they are able to fix your system then they will fix it and send you back the same console. You will know its the same console because it will have the same serial number.

If they are not able to fix the console for whatever reason they will send you a replacement console.

Now by new idk what you mean but I am guessing that you mean the NEWER slim consoles. If yes then no they will NOT send you a new console but rather a refurbish console.
