How come i can’t play ps3 and and xbox 360 online at the same time?

I have a ps3 and my brother has an xbox 360 and when i go on it kicks him of live.
Im not very smart with electronics so i would need a detailed way to fix it if its fixable.
Comcast says its not fixable but i think there just lazy and full of it…… thanks for the help.

→Overworking too much
→You can’t play two consoles at the time
→Not working
