My Xbox 360 broke. Do they send me a box or email a little sticker thing with details on where to send.?

my xbox 360 broke. I registered it and checked warranty etc etc. I got to fianl page and they said it was free. They said to me by e-mail they’ll send me an “electronic mailing tag?” but at the last page they send an empty box.
Do i send my own box with this label thing

wait for this box and send it then

Microsoft will send you a box that includes everything you need to ship you Xbox 360 to them. This includes shipping label, tape, foam, and packaging directions. You don’t have to provide a thing, it is all provided for you.

As for the UPS question. UPS is a completely separate company from USPS, who runs the post offices. To find a UPS store near you, visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US .

Just take your packaged Xbox 360 to one of these locations, and they will ship it for you. It will have been paid for by Microsoft already, so you don’t have to pay.
