Xbox 360 will not turn on?

I called Microsoft and we have concluded that the power supply has nothing to do with it, as the power to comfort my friends very well, but the bricks will not be mine. My 360 does not even show a sign of departure. It started when I went to connect and a spark came from my protector, which obviously damaged my 360. It said it would cost $ 100 and take 4 weeks to recover. This is the problem. My friend will not wait to get my Xbox back so that everyone can play Halo 3 Co-op together. I like to play on launch date. Does anyone know how I could manually set my 360, and / or obtain 430 25 by September?

Normally I do not support, and I usually start with the least expensive and most likely part. First thing I would replace the brick. I think they are about $ 70, but it can get if there is no change.
