is there a way to modify an xbox 360 controller to have out-dented joysticks similar to the old xbox ones?

I cant seem to get used to the indented joysticks of the S-controllers and the xbox 360 controllers. what would be the best way to make the xbox 360 controller outdented like the big controllers for regular xbox?
