Mando Xbox 360 para Windows XP SP3?

No puedo encontrar el sitio de la versión del software de Microsoft para el uso de la Xbox 360 en PC pero sólo funciona en equipos con el Service Pack 1 o 2. Necesito una para el Service Pack 3, no hay ninguna configuración de BIOS o conductores por ahí que puedo usar? Estoy ansioso de usar el controlador para juegos de PC y emuladores.
