Why is my Xbox 360 Core delete my profile each time you turn the console?

I bought a used Gamestop Xbox 360 Core. No hard disk MAX but the memory card using the Micro SD 2GB that is included in the package.

Wait, who gave a flash memory card and said he would work on the 360? Are you sure this Gamestop? Memory cards and hard drives that only 360 are working with Microsoft officials.
