First of all, you need to know where the problem comes from. Well, in this case it’s high likely that it’s inside of your console. But, it won’t hurt to try a couple of outside techniques.
1) Put your console off, wait 5 minutes and put it back on.
2) Is there maybe a loose cable?
3) Unplug all cables but not the power cord, and plug them back in.
4) Take out the hard-drive, and put it back in. Repeat this 4 times.

As I’ve told you before, sending it over to Microsoft is expensive and very time consuming. You’ll have to pay $150 if your warranty has been expired, and you need to wait 2-6 weeks before you get your console back. You better want to avoid this… Right?
