What is the difference between the xbox 360 elite starter bundle and the xbox 360 elite 120GB console?

I noticed that the console is about $60 cheaper but I’m not sure which to buy. Is there something that the console is missing that I would actually need?

the starter bundle would have some games with it some extra accessorys and some other stuff

for the elite on its own u would have the colsel the 120 gb hard drive the controler and the other stuff that comes with it
