Which has better fun/family/party/casual games: Xbox 360 or PS3?

my friend has a Wii and wants to possibly get another home console. He isn’t a hardcore gamer and doesn’t really like shooting games. nothing too violent or bloody.
i have a wii and a 360 and i’m pretty knowledgeable about video games, but i like all games, hardcore and not.
so he asked me being an expert which console he should get. which console has the most Wii-like games. he really likes party games, casual games, and some family games. Which one has more of those: 360 or ps3?

I would go with 360 cause it has so many arcade games theat are really fun .And they have alot of causual games/
