If a Xbox360 game is labeled as “Console” does that mean that it picks a region to be played?

I was just curious.
Cos I live at Japan.
I was planning to buy games from Philippines.

I can’t really find what you’re referencing on that page but “Console” game just means it’s a game for a console (ie. xbox 360, wii, ps3, etc).
