xbox 360 game console problems??
Ok im asking on behalf of someone else so please bare with me as im not familiar with the xbox 360 console.
recently when ever he inserts a disk into the xbox a message comes up stating that to be able to play a disk he needs to insert one!!… so it must not be reading them?…. this problem can last hours sometimes.
also just recentley he checked his disks. (all games)… and found that all of the games have now become ridged around the edges… they are not smooth, all the games have this problem.
So not only the xbox has a problem reading disks… but the games are no longer disks anymore..
Has anyone else had this problem or a similar one?…. if so please could you tell me how you sorted it..
we have sent emails to xbox.com…and no reply as yet
but does anyone have a contact number we can call please.

this xbox 360 is only 4 months old.. it ws a christmas present.. so to be broke already its awlful
he should use the xbox laying down rather than standing up (the xbox, not him), if that doesn’t help it sounds like the dvd drive has gone. if its only 4 months old get him to call microsoft with the serial number and they will repair or replace it. i got mine on release day and so far i am on my fourth. at the end of the day its IT equipment which has its problems.
