How do u make the LT and RT on an xbox 360 controller work for splinter cell chaos theroy for PC?

ive been looking and looking for a mod or program to make the 360 controller work but ive found nothing, if there anyway to make this work or no?

Because they’re analog, they show up as axes to games that aren’t made to use the X360 controller. The only way I know of to get around it is to use JoyToKey or other software that allows controllers to emulate mouse/keyboard functions.
