"Unknown Game" on my Xbox 360-835 MB memory – I can delete?

In my Xbox 360, running the latest system update (10/03/2009 a) I have a strange file on my hard drive. In the System Preferences-> Memory-> my computer> Games I drive a file called "unknown game" which is 835 mb large. The icon is a big yellow exclamation point. Inside it says that "progress title content cache, Xbox Live Arcade. "I can delete?
