xbox 360 troubleshooting no picture
Broken XBOX 360 WTF???????!!!!!!!!!?
I got a 360 for christmas last year and always took GREAT care of it. Recently, the video output just stopped working for NO REASON–there is no picture on the screen it is just totally blank. I tried multiple AV cables, TVs, followed troubleshooting guides and even took it to a video game store– it is definitely broken. I called support and they vehemently refused to fix it because get this: They told me my warranty expired 2 DAYS PRIOR!!!!!! I then called and talked to a manager, their level of customer service is definitely less than satisfactory–they basically told me I was screwed. I guess they extended the warranty but NOT FOR THIS PROBLEM. Everybody I know has a experienced a problem with theirs. These things should at least last a year right??I guess not, don’t waste you’re money on these pieces. As far as I’m concerned, these guys are total crooks! Does anybody have any recommendations what I should do???
